I cannot believe the drastic difference in attention I received between Biker’s Edge and Bountiful Bicycle in Kaysville...I’m a brand new mountain biker and needed all the help I could get. Chase at Bountiful Bike went WAY beyond the call of duty to teach me everything I needed to know when getting set up with my new bike, recommended a great bike group to ride with, and made sure to find EXACTLY what I was looking for. Five stars well deserved!!!
I bought a bike and when I picked it up I didn't pay a lot of attention, but was not the same, but was the same color. Had cheaper components. They denied it would not exchange it for the bike I paid for. Watch out for the bait and switch. These are guys are not honest!!! I will not buy from again and continue to warn people.
