I've updated my review. Mr. Bounds called me and had a fantastic conversation where he explained the case to me and did everything that should have done initially. The follow up was very much appreciated.
I called Bouns law group they took my information and said they would get back with me. 2 weeks later I haven't heard from them so I call. The secretary said I'll leave a message. I get a email 10 minutes later saying they wasn't taking the case. That was completely inconsiderate and disrespectful. If they weren't taking the case they could have had the common courtesy to inform me. Completely wasted my time
These people treated me with respect and helped me tremendously. They are very good at what they do and honestly care about you
