Boundless, Inc., a local dealer for Freedom Forever (FF), left me stranded after FF filed for Chapter 11 in April. The regional sales manager, Bobby Braun, vanished, ignoring my messages. My solar project is now abandoned, and I am stuck paying a loan for a system that doesn't function. Overall, my biggest concern with going solar was aesthetics, potential damage, and making sure the installation was done cleanly and professionally. After the first day of installation, I pulled into my driveway and was surprised to see two large converter boxes installed on the front of my home.
