Sales rep ignores me, the company said they would pay for the tree removal and now are not paying and also ignoring me and the tree company. Questions go unanswered, no one calls you back. Poorest service I have ever seen. Not paying your vendors, despicable.
Just had two salesmen show up, when I explained I was not interested one got very aggressive. Definitely beware of those knocking on your door!

Kristen Meisner, was my representative that took time to explain my options on lowing my energy bill. I already have solar panels but was considering buying more or a battery. Although I didn't buy today, I understand my options and will look into working with her when I'm ready. She consulted me on how to find better buy back plans. She pointed out that I'm currently only getting $.01 kwh and other plans pays more. She was very professional and understood my needs.
