It is actually difficult for me to put into words how wonderful this experience was. The combination of connected energy work along with bodywork and massage was unlike any experience I have had. I felt everything from an amazing relaxing, floating sensation to energy moving throughout my body and where needed, escaping my body. Throughout the entire process, Monika was loving and sweet and attentive. I would without a doubt, highly recommend Monika and this experience.
Wow! This experience with Monika blew me away. It was super gentle and nurturing, and felt shamanic in some way; I was traveling throughout the treatment, in and out of awareness of who/where I was. At the end, the tension in my neck had released a bit and I left feeling very relaxed and in a dream-like state. I would highly recommend this treatment for anyone who feels like they need chiropractic adjustment but doesn't want to put their body through the violence.
