My son’s AFO’s strap broke and I was looking for a place to repair locally. Called first thing in the morning and spoke with Emily. She was kind, courteous and gave me a heads up on what to expect cost wise. Luckily it was a small fix and she fixed it for free! I was so thankful because I did not get them made there, but will definitely be going back when he’s due for a new pair. I was only there for 10 minutes but the staff is very inviting, and friendly.
Emma was the technician who looked after me. Getting a leg brace was an emotional experience for me. Emma eased my concerns and highlighted how the brace would help to keep me safe and allow me to continue to ambulate. She was highly compassionate, professional, warm and friendly. She went above and beyond to ensure the brace was as functional as humanly possible given my many physical challenges. I would highly recommend Emma. She was a pleasure to work with and very accommodating.
We love the staff at boundless biomechanical bracing they have been so helpful and understanding and they really take the time to answer any questions we have. Anne Whitney and Emma both have been amazing for our 6yr daughter at the time as we have now been seeing them for over 2yrs. I needed new leg braces last year after 10 years with my old ones and I was referred to this place. These are the most COMFORTABLE braces I've ever had. I highly recommend boundless bracing.
