Very disappointed with the service waited seven hours in the ER with a young child
My appt was dealt with quickly and with proper respect.
My terminally ill family member spent the last 5 months of his life at BTHC. There rest of us are spread over the country but they were always so ready to talk to us with updates, the patient was very happy with his care, the palliative team was amazing, and every staff member we saw when we visited were fantastic, kind, and very skilled at their work. They made a big difference at a very difficult time.
