nobody knows how to do their job. Wait nine hours to be told. I’m up next for the last three hours. Such a waste of time. Need new doctors need everything.
Recently we were in the ER here with one of our children. The receptionist's manner was quite brusque but we were admitted in good time. The triage nurse was extremely understanding and after assessing our child, got us a bed almost immediately. We were looked after in the most timely manner by friendly and helpful staff. The resident doctor that looked after us was professional and kind. They ordered a number of tests/xrays that were done promptly. One of the worst managed hospitals in Canada. Excessive long wait times. Limited doctors available. Must be very difficult to arrange more doctors during flu season.
