This business is simply amazing. Just had a breakdown and needed to be towed to a mechanics. I contacted the business and arranged to have it towed there. The staff were really friendly and very easy to deal with. The car was repaired and back on the road within hours. I have finally found the place in Townsville for all my vehicle servicing needs.

Can't recommend Boundary Street Automotive highly enough. Just had my ute serviced with them and everything about the experience was first class, the workmanship is top quality, the staff are genuinely friendly and helpful, the pricing is fair and transparent, and they got it turned around quickly without any fuss. Communication throughout was excellent too, which makes such a difference. If you're after a trustworthy mechanic who actually looks after their customers, these are the guys. Cheers!

Went in for a cruise control diagnostic, the gents sorted me out perfectly! Found the issue promptly, clear communication the entire way and an affordable price at the end. Would recommend to anyone experiencing issues with their own vehicles.

I’m very impressed with this place. Everything was explained clearly, and even though some parts had to be ordered from elsewhere, the repair process was still quite fast and didn’t take too long. The pricing was reasonable as well. Thank you for bringing the brakes on my 20-year-old car back to good condition again. Whenever I have car problems in the future, you’ll be the first people I think of.

We recently had our car repaired at Boundary Street Automotive and couldn’t be happier with the service. The team was friendly, honest, and kept us well informed throughout the whole process. The work was completed promptly, and the car is running beautifully again. The prices are fair too! It’s such a relief to find a mechanic you can trust. Highly recommend Boundary Street Automotive to anyone needing reliable and professional service.
