As a small family-owned business in Rock Hill, I can tell you we had a very bad experience with this company, and Shane Jackson in particular. After completing a service call for him, we have repeatedly reached out to him for payment, but he has ignored all our calls and emails. Apparently, he does not feel he needs to pay us for our services, including gas and employee labor. Very poor business, with no regard for others.
I cannot say enough good things about the Boundary Street Advisors team and their approach to real estate, people, and community. They just get it. They strike the perfect balance of personality and professionalism across a variety of services that are making a difference in the Charlotte real estate scene.
Great group to work with. Knowledgable, professional, patient, and great with communication. Closed a new space for us and found a new tenant to sublease existing space without skipping a beat.

Once we selected a place, she was proactive and thorough in assisting us with the lease agreement and negotiating terms. Her professionalism and dedication made the process smooth and stress-free.
