Went in to see about heated handle bar heaters for a quad and the accessories guy wouldn’t even look at me when I was asking questions and kept his answers very vague poor customer service
What started off as an easy sale for Brad and Zach because we knew what we wanted and did our own research has become a month of nothing but frustration and disappointment. We went in to purchase our 2026 Polaris General on Friday September 26 - which included the extra accessories of roof, windows winch and plow blade. We paid separately for a helmet and light bar.
