For someone who has a low score. They managed to squeeze in a low apr for me. The finance officer Sara was a magician!
We’ve been handed off to different account managers over the past few years, but Saro has definitely been the best salesperson we have worked with to date. He helped us secure a car quickly and made us feel valued as customers, the delivery of the car was very smooth too. Saro is simply a caring and friendly person who wants to help others, highly recommend him if you want a salesperson who cares.
My purchasing experience with this dealer was not great. Let's start off with the good. I was able to get a car the same day I walked. Staff all appear to be friendly. The negative: It took about 5 hours. We went in about 1:30pm and did not leave until around 6:30pm The sales person initially quoted the wrong car and had to redo the quote.
