Do not recommend service department. Girl at desk was nice, but the technician messed up and didn't fix vehicle (long story) and service manager wouldn't bother coming to counter to talk about issues, left up to girl at counter to get rid of me. Took vehicle to Denny Andrew's in Edmonton to get fixed properly.
This morning I headed outside to start my day and looked at the front of my vehicle to see a piece hanging down. I came to Boundary Ford hoping that it could be looked at sometime today and wouldn’t cost an arm and a leg. Shawn Connelly greeted me right away and was friendly and knowledgeable; he knew right away what was wrong. He was able to fix the skid plate in less than fifteen minutes and send me on my way with a smile. I will definitely be coming back to Boundary Ford for all of my car maintenance in the future!!!
