I don’t usually leave reviews, but this experience was worth sharing. The salesperson I dealt with was excellent—very responsive, helpful, and put in a lot of effort providing information, photos, and answering all my questions. However, once I made it clear I was ready to purchase the vehicle outright (no financing), the GM advised through the salesperson that the price would be higher than the advertised price. My new vehicle was delivered today, and everything was exactly as promised and in excellent condition! I completed the transaction entirely online, and I only saw the vehicle upon delivery—yet everything that was discussed verbally or by text was completely accurate.
