Reached out to them because of the good ratings, but unfortunately had a bad experience with them. We set a time for an onsite estimate from Juan Mora, and on the day it was past the hour and I reached out to see if he was still coming. Seemed he forgot. He showed up and said he would email the quote to us. Weeks passed and never received anything. I called and texted, but received no response. Left voicemails but no call back. Really disappointed. Not reliable.
I was given contact information for Boundary Fence from a different fencing company because I only had 10 feet of fence that I needed replaced. I left a voice mail on a Monday night, and by midday Tuesday I received a call back. I was able to send Juan a picture of my old (and very dilapidated) fence. They came out looked at my job it was a smaller job which I told him upfront he gave me a verbal estimate and said he would email a written one then he ghosted me no communication no nothing. I would’ve been ok with it if he just told me the job was to small and he wouldn’t do it but he left us hanging!
Juan is Great, Great job, Great price, Juan and his guys are a pleasure to work with. They will install my fences wherever I live.
