The shittiest hospital ive ever been to, Went in for issues. Did the absolute bare minimum tests and gave a prescription. But now im on my way to Penticton hospital to get drained because they wouldnt listen to me and I was "overreacting" when really they downplayed it so they could have a easy afternoon. and told me to leave when I came back in asking for further testing. Absolutely disgusting way to treat patients. Won't go there again

I have visited many hospitals in BC but have never incountered the royal treatment of a small city hospital as I did in Grand Forks BC. The professional treatment started at the front door and continued throughout the health center. Thank you for my possitive experiance & faith in our health care system...

Went to emergency here on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 as directed by 811 health care line. I was seen by the nurse, Eric who was very kind and thorough. I got to see a very nice doctor and I can't remember her name offhand, but she examined me and ordered blood tests and I now have an appointment to get the issue taken care of. I am very impressed with the very short time I had to wait. The staff apologized for the delay but I was prepared to wait for hours, but I was taken care of within 2 hours. I went to Boundary Hospital for professional advice, about a re injury to my hand/wrist. I arrived at 7:40 am on a Friday morning. Multiple staff members, wandered past, looking at me. At approx 8:30 am I still had not been triaged or even acknowledged. I needed to use the rest room, so went to the nurses station to let them know, I was still waiting, but was going to the restroom.
