Update to my review about my 12yr old lab’s larynx tie back surgery. Miss Emma is now 13 and acting so much more lively than she did before surgery. I know this may not be the case for every pup but the staff at Boundary Bay gave us another year of sassiness, camping, walks, chasing squirrels, extorting treats and a little more raspy bossiness from our Emma. We had an ear ablation surgery on our eight year-old beagle. The information we got on aftercare was awesome. It helped us get through and feel less anxious about it. They did a wonderful job and they saved us a lot of money. The doctors went above and beyond I would recommend them to anybody that has to have major surgery on their Pets. Thank you so much. ♥️
Excessively long wait times, even after the pets have been taken back and the vet has evaluated them. Very poor communication about wait times from the staff to the clients Don’t come here unless it’s a life & death emergency.
Dr. Harris and Dr. Knapp are exceptional clinicians and communicators. They have both been so patient with me as I navigate my cat's treatment options in real time. They have gone above and beyond to contact others in the field to confirm their expert opinions and give me as much assurance as they can with our plan. I feel so supported during a hard time in mine and my girl's life. Dr. Harris and Dr. Knapp, thank you for being you and for giving 110% of your knowledge and love to your patients and their humans.
