I had a short timeframe to purchase a home in Point Roberts and a limited budget… not ideal conditions to throw at a realtor but Dan did a great job at putting together a plan for me. After viewing a number of properties he suggested an off market property he knew of that turned out to be perfect for me. I got a good deal and am happy with my purchase.
