Absolutely fantastic service from this company. I got in touch last minute after being let down last minute. From the first phone call I was put at ease, great banter and great overall communication. I really can not recommend them enough! Thank you for helping make my little girl's day special!
Booked this company for my daughter's birthday party yesterday and paid fully in advance. They did not show up to deliver the bouncy castle and ignored countless attempts to call / email / message them on the day, completely ruining the party for my daughter and everyone who attended. They are an absolute disgrace, DO NOT book with them!!!
What lovely people to deal with. They arrived a little bit earlier than booked which wasn't a problem as we got the bouncy castle for a bit longer! The guys were friendly and professional and the bouncy castle was fantastic. They called to let us know they were on their way to collect and everything was done quickly and efficiently. Would highly recommend and will definitely use again. Thanks guys
Five star service. The bouncy castle was delivered earlier than expected which was a bonus. Reasonable price. The company did all the hard work putting it up and taking it down. My nieces and nephews had a ball and it was a great day! Thank you so much. Would recommend to anyone needing a bouncy castle. The staff are very friendly, we didn't have any issues but I know if I did they would've sorted them right away! Thank you :)
Amazing service, was nervous at first as Ive never ordered from you before but you reassured me over email and also texted the day before a drop of time, kids loved the castle and obstacle course. And price for the bundle was really good. Website was really easy to order from. Thank you will definitely be hiring from you again.
