Gave two hundred dollars in deposit for two birthday parties. Tried to cancel before COVID( early March) and was told I needed to wait. Now no one will answer my emails and I have no idea if they closed for good so I’ll never get my refund or they are just not replying. Not sure what else to do. It’s a shame because I use to love this company but after this not sure if I’ll ever go back if they do open.

There was an open bounce for kids listed on their site for July 1st at 10 am ET. Signed up through the site for my two daughters, got a confirmation email. Went to the site and.. locked. Closed. Tried calling the number on the door, and got a number disconnected response. No indication on the site or email that the event was cancelled. Great spot, good food and service. Kids had a blast. Better for kids 5 and up, but the little ones had fun anyway!

I attended a party for kids/adults with autism and was so impressed by the way staff here handled themselves. They were nurturing and still managed to keep things running smoothly. The bouncy houses were fun, but the real selling point to me was the great staff!
