Having been a Pilates regular at Bounce for almost a decade, Kathryn has been flogging me mercilessly and I absolutely love it... as a Physio patient with Matt, he really knows his stuff and has fixed many an injury for me... and a Remedial Massage in the capable hands of Stu gets all my niggling knots sorted out... the whole team at Bounce are fantastic and their new space in Miller Street is just gorgeous
Can highly recommend Finn! I had a back injury Finn got me up and active in record time . I’m currently seeing Finn for a broken foot, and also progressing really well. No unnecessary appointments needed
