Loved this little studio! The reformer pilates class was fun and challenging. As a bonus walk was super nice from cbd.
I had ongoing achilles issues that threatened to stop me getting around. Jack recommended some (in hindsight) simple, quick but powerful daily exercises that fixed the problem and that I continue today. Just one example of why we have a lot of trust in this practice.
