We love it here! Staff are always very friendly! Just a shame walking from the car to the front door there is always a lot of rubbish, my little girl gets concerned for the birds and whatever other animals may be around!
The best moment (for a mum) is: " I don't have to worry about the food or the cleaning after". 😉
Very friendly and proactive team. We made a mistake in our booking and the team quickly identified it when we got there and proposed to adjust it for us without us even asking for it. Congrats to the team and management!
terrible staff, encouraging abusive behaviour, i got hit in the head over 10 times and the staff just stood there laughing and not doing anything about it, when we complained and told them what happened and how the staff was laughing they told us not to lie when the guy down there was laughing at the boys hitting us three girls. Disrespectful and not good service at all.
