Oh my the staff here were so lovely that I have to come back!! I also had a delicious coffee and had so much fun on the trampolines with my kids, the place is very suitable for young children and for parents who want to watch over their children.
The place is good, we always took our for play dates at Bounce Essendon. However, the birthday party host for my daughter’s birthday was not great at all. They were just keeping the kids in queue and not taking any initiative to make them busy or involved. The party room was just for few minutes, the host made the kids cut the cake in so much rush. Our party host (Jacob) was fabulous, very friendly, super helpful and the kids all loved him! He made the party for the kids 🥰 the facilities are great and the food was plentiful for the kids meals. Party was for 21 six year olds. Highly recommended
We had our daughter’s party today and James the host was awesome!! So fun, involved, playful and the kids just loved hanging with him! Everything taken care of for us.. a really great way to celebrate!
All the staff at Bounce are incredible, even the staff on the floor are so happy to play with all the kids, even if they aren’t part of a party. Super happy and friendly vibes.
