we have used them several times and always had great service, love the repeat customer discounts
After reading such mixed reviews I was skeptical, however, we had a wonderful experience. The jumper was clean and brand new. We have never had one so clean before. The deliver was on time, and all the staff was very friendly and helpful. WE will defiantly be renting from them again for our next party!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! The lady on the phone is a total idiot and is rude. The person who came to deliver the jumper, kept asking for a tip (even tho I have no problem giving a tip, but I find it very unprofessional if the person keeps pestering me for one). I had ordered a jumper and it was very very very dirty, it looked like someone ripped apart a pinata and left candy wrappers everywhere, let the guy know he took the trash out.
