I bought six slides from this company and everyone of them the pool liners come off and their fix was to send a new pool liner identicle to the other and glue velcro on a new slide. I cannot believe they want u to glue velcro on a new slide wow
I purchased my first Combo from them at the start of the year. The entire process of making the inflatable I was kept updated. The whole combo was customized from color to design and got a great price! My banner wasnt shipped with the inflatable but they were quick to make it right for me. I just recently purchased my first unit through bounce time inflatables and they were extremely helpful professional, patient with me and knowledgeable, I am always skeptical when initially buying units from someone I haven't dealt with before but they made the process very pleasant. I asked 100 questions and they were patient and extremely helpful. The unit was exactly what they promised and I will definitely be purchasing more units in the future.
