Dirty and a lot of the toys are broken, no updates over the past year. We showed up today at 1:20 and were told they were closing at 2 since they weren’t “busy enough” we stayed since my kiddo was already inside, would have been quite the meltdown. They turned the music off before 2 and made us feel very uncomfortable. We were not the only person there, or the only person who felt uncomfortable. For 4 and under it is the best player centre by far. I don't even want to put this up in case they become too popular and busy but the people who run this deserve it and hopefully they can create 5 more centres just like this.
I love this place with all my heart. But they ALWAYS closed. No single weekend available! And who needs it on weekdays? I’m working and all my circle is. Kids are busy between sports and daycare/schools. I understand, they have birthday parties bookings , but in between ?? Ughhh
