Location was central to where we wanted to explore near Central Park. Each piece of luggage was individually tagged and we were asked to take pictures of each of our bags with the tag visible. When we returned, we were asked to present the pictures as the safeguard that we were the owners. Our bigger bags were kept in the back of the store area and smaller ones were brought to some kind of back room. Service was friendly and helpful and we felt reassured that our baggage would be safe.
