Very easy process. Each bag was tagged with a number. The rep at the site advised us to take a picture of the bags with the tags to ensure retrieval would be secure and quick. Total transaction time took less than 5 minutes and the same with retrieval. Much appreciated. Would absolutely use this service again.
It is inside the restaurant, they are closed from 3:30-4:30 so be aware if the game gets out around those times
Great people. Excellent experience.
Drop off and pick up worked. But this place takes a hour long siesta right at prime time for a Yankee game to end. Bounce should be scouring that neighborhood looking for locations closer to the stadium with hours keyed to the start and likely end of Yankee games.
Really lovely staff and an easy check in. It’s about a 15 min walk from Yankee stadium but in a well lit highly trafficked neighborhood. A good and easy choice!
