Great service ! Very helpful member of staff
The service was disappointing and unfriendly. The staff member recommended using a lock, but only after we had paid did he inform us that he wouldn’t accept the luggage without one. It felt like a tactic to make extra money, as I was forced to purchase a lock on the spot. This should have been communicated clearly upfront before I paid the 20$ for storage. Will not come back or recommend others!!!
The luggage was stored in the middle of a store, visible and close at hand for all the customers. we did not feel it was secure at all
They were great - I had problems with the app - but they were patient.
