Everyone was friendly and remembered me because I lost my ticket. The front desk staff and the doorman were pleasant and helped me w/ my bag loading.
Although my family of 6 arrived during parade activities in front of the hotel,,during Mardi Gras, hotel officials were great handling my bags and very courteous during that hectic time. Well appreciated
J'étais en stress total, venant d'arriver dans la ville peu de temps avant un évènement sportif que je devais voir et auquel aucun bagage n'était admis. Le système Bounce dont j'ai bénéficié à l'hôtel Lafayette de New Orleans m'a sauvé la mise, ceci sans parler de l'accueil, de la disponibilité et de l'efficacité du personnel de l'hôtel ce jour là, vraiment top ! Je recommande !.
Easy to find since it’s an hotel and enough space to store our bags for the day. Very convenient to the WWII museum. Staff was very friendly, pls consider tipping the gentleman watching the bags
