No professionalism. Had a booking starting 11am. When I reached the location there is nobody there and the location is closed. On the door it says the store opens at 12pm. Nobody answering from customer support as well.
Open at 12:00 instead of 10am on Sunday, but we still can book 11:30, besides, it is hard to locate the entrance
