Location is extremely ideal if you’re not looking to rent a car, as the monorail is next to it and there is easy access to the subways. Views are nice and the rooms were clean and orderly when we arrived. We had the most pleasant experience with Tiara the night auditor and the John, the gentleman with her. They were informative, sweet, and funny. - the one with the bright pink/red hair

This is a fantastic location for a first-time Seattle visitor. Seattle Center is literally across the street, including the Space Needle. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was both spacious and clean. Comfortable beds, too. They provide free breakfast and a small snack shop in the lobby, along with no-fee Amazon deliveries. Parking might be a challenge, depending on which lot you choose. My family was extremely happy with our stay and would consider this location again

Very disappointing stay. My request for an early check in was never answered, and despite being told our room would be ready at 4:00 PM, we could not check in until after 4:30 PM. The room also had items left in the mini fridge from previous guests. We weren’t able to get a good night sleep with loud trash collection at 3:30 AM and 5:30 AM, the advertised on site restaurant was not open at its posted time and workers didn’t know when it would open, and the hotel denied a late checkout even though they arranged our port shutt... read more

Nice hotel, great location! We walked the area for food and site seeing, caught an uber to more distant spots. Excellent area to be in. Great hot breakfast, too.
