It was good, very quick process, and importantly I didn’t lose my luggage. :)
Great experience, i missed the time window to check my luggage so this was the closest spot by the San Jose airport, and I was in such a rush to drop off my luggage before missing my flight and they were very helpful and quick. I got my luggage back safe and sound when I arrived back 2 days later.
