I did not know the service was even available. And we were in Phoenix and had to check out of our hotel early and our friends had to go. And return their rental car, so they dropped us at the zoo. Until we could take a lift to the airport much later in the day. We didn't know how to take our suitcases to the zoo. And the zoo does not have luggage lockers. When I first pulled up to the building, I wasn’t sure it was the right place, the neighborhood is super sketchy, and it was a little worried, but the owner that helped us was extremely friendly, very polite and left five bags there for a few hours while we waited for our flight At the airport. Belongings were very secure, I left several hundred dollars in cash in one of my bags in addition to several bottles of pain medication and my AirPods without even thinking twice and when I came back, all of the stuff was there!
