Nice guy. Didn't have to explain bounce or why I was there. Good service.
Full disclosure: this place isn't located in the greatest neighborhood. Aside from that, they fulfilled their responsibility in storing my gear as well as anyone could, no matter what type of neighborhood in which they are located. I chose them because they were the most convenient Bounce location for me to use. I would definitely use them again if I needed to.
