Great Experience
Very disappointed with our experience. The luggage storage is located inside a dépanneur that looks quite run-down. Our bags were kept in a random back room filled with other store items and even a chair, like it was used as a staff break area. When we arrived to pick them up, no one checked who we were — we were just told to “go in the back and get your bags.” The door was wide open, not locked or supervised at all. It did not feel secure or professional.
Worked well, friendly and helpful guy, good central location near the old part of town
