Great experience, service was very friendly! Good location just outside the loop.
Went to Chicago and used Luggage Hero as it was recommend by our AirBnb. I had an ok experience, but not good customer service at all from the company. My sis found Bounce and it had great locations, professional people, great experience and I will use it again- not true of the other. I could say more, but want to keep mostly positive.
