Posting for my dad , he said it was really easy even for him and very last minute and he had no idea what him and his buddy’s were doing going to rugby sevens :). The Lady at the front was very nice very helpful very fast. He returned at the end of the day to grab bags lady remembered him and very polite and professional. Quick and easy
