Attendant was friendly and helpful. The bags were kept secure. I would use their service again.
The location was easy to find, staff was helpful, and luggage was secured behind a locked door. Storage was in an older building which didn’t look the cleanest, but it did the job and was easy to use/access.
This was my first time using Bounce and it was fantastic! The drop-off and pick-up process was easy, making me feel secure and a lot lighter as I explored downtown Charleston for the first time. The location I selected was a perfect walking distance from my destinations, and the owner was very welcoming and helpful. He offered an extension to watch my b luggage if needed as well as offered to wait with me insude or outside until my Uber arrived.
