Excellent experience. We were in Charleston for the day. We had an evening flight and needed a spot to store our bags. The worker at the convenience store welcomed my by name upon entering and asked if I was there via Bounce. Our luggage was stored very safely. He was there upon our return in the evening. I could not have been more pleased.
