100% recommend. I arrived with my bags at an active boxing gym on Conti Street (as the website told me to) and was immediately met by an employee of the gym who knew exactly what I was there for. He gave me a tag, asked when I'd be back, and took the bags to a secure location. When I picked them up 4 hours later, my bags were brought out without delay or confusion. Very trustworthy.
This was the first time I’d used a service like this so I was a little anxious but it could not have been easier! Our New Orleans VRBO check out was at 11:00am and our plane was scheduled to leave at 6:00pm. We chose a Bounce location close to where we wanted to spend the afternoon and took a Lyft to the drop off location which ended up being a neighborhood boxing gym. They tagged our bags, gave us a ticket stub for retrieval and locked our bags in a closet for the day. It was so easy! I will definitely use this service agai... read more
