was easy to use and location allowed me to wait for a bit until my airbnb was ready. Great team and people here.
Straightforward. No fuss. Highly recommend if you need a place to store your luggage before a late flight or sth. It’s also right next to Byward which is a big plus
Overall Ok experience. Staff was friendly. Couple of minor issues : 1) You need to climb 4-5 stairs to get to the door which can be troublesome with heavy bags. 2) You are supposed to remove your shoes while getting in which is an irritant if you are in a hurry.
