Our first time using Bounce. Really simple process & the staff were really helpful & obliging. Great service to free up a traveler from hauling bags around in those hours between having accommodation & having to catch transport. Will definitely use again.
Very easy process
The location was fine, a little slow on the drop off because the agent was stretched a bit thin with the other duties she had with the hostel. She was very friendly though. The puckup was super easy and fast!
