I’ve never seen a business owner going over n beyond for a customer. We had a parcel delivered which was a Christmas gift for kids n got delayed by USPS. The gift was delivered to bounce Greenpoint on Christmas Eve and the shop owner specially bought it to us through Christmas traffic in mahattan as the shop was closed. We were in total shock and amazed that such people still exist. Thanks a lot for keep Christmas merry for the kids. I will highly recommend using the service of Bounce Greenpoint. Lots of love.
What an amazing service Bounce Storage provided. We had a few hours between checking out and going to the airport and we didn't want to be weighed down by all our packs after a quick search I found Bounce in the neighborhood. We were able to store our gear in a safe clean place while we eat and explored the area. The owner was so kind which went a long way. If we need up back in Greenpoint we will for sure use them again. Thank you for everything
Very friendly and helpful business owner, very clean place, took good care of my luggage for two days, and easily accessible by car to load as there is a fire hydrant in front! Will be using them again!
