Friendly staff and worry free way to leave our stuff while exploring the city before we could check into our air bnb!
Our first Bounce experience and it could not have gone better. Felt very comfortable when we learned it was a UPS store. Staff and process was great.
Convenient location. Only downside is the bags went in their backroom which did not appear to have a door to secure them. I'd use Bounce again, probably not this specific location.
Great service and staff! Walkable distance from the French Quarter.
