Location great, felt leaving luggage there was safe. Would use them again!
We dropped our bags at Hilltop Superette in Portland, ME while we explored for a few hours before our train. The location was perfect. There is a public restroom across the street. We wandered and shopped and grabbed lunch and returned to the Superette to eat. It was great being able to grab a cold drink and snacks for the train right there and the staff was kind and helpful. We felt our bags were secure and would definitely use the service again.
The service is great. I think. The online transaction was seamless. I didn't have any issues with the online part, so beyond that who knows. Shout out to the East End Storage Location in Portland, ME! Those folks are the real face of this idea. They were super helpful and answered questions that Bounce didn't have readily available. I've been supporting that business for years as a local, now in a new way as a visitor.
Great service. Staff very friendly. I felt very comfortable leaving my luggage at this location
