It was convenient, inexpensive, and making the reservation was easy. However, my luggage was just left in the entryway. It wasn't locked up and my reservation number wasn't taken. I was just told to take a picture of the number and show it when I returned. The place was a mess and the process very unprofessional. Not sure it would've been too much better at the UPS store nearby, though.
Dropped my bags and walked over to the Met, staff was very friendly
I used this location to store luggage for a few hours to visit Met before my flight late afternoon. Everything went smooth, highly recommend it.
