I had a really great experience storing my luggage here. The owner was friendly and accommodating, and the whole process was smooth and stress-free from start to finish. The location was easy to find, and I appreciated how straightforward everything was, especially as I was exploring the city before my flight.
I had a LONG layover in Charlotte. I took the bus from the airport, stored my luggage here and had a great time exploring the city. Very easy to find and everyone was very nice. I used the bounce app to make my reservation.
This was a great spot to drop off luggage. We walked into the city center, took our tour, came back to get out luggage and were on our way to the airport!
