Had never used this service before so I was a little nervous but it worked out great for us. The address was provided after booking but it was pretty spot on to the general location initially provided. Prior to arriving to the location and dropping the bags off, the app said I had already dropped them off so I was worried I'd have an issue but luckily I did not. The location was locked and secure and we had no problems picking up either!
Staff were friendly and helpful! Was unsure how this works because it was our first time but it made it so much easier to kick off our vacation before our VRBO was ready without dragging our luggage around the city.
Super friendly, so easy to use! Enjoyed meeting the house cat, Thomas, as well! Made our day so much nicer with n the city!
Super easy to book, drop off, and pick up. Great service!
So easy and staff was friendly. We were able to enjoy our last day in New Orleans without dragging our luggage.
