Convenient location; easy-to-work-with personnel.
This was a great experience! It worked out perfectly. The location was fantastic if wanting to walk the Freedom Trail or just around the city & the harbor. The location is inside a small sports club (gym). It was very clean and we felt very safe leaving our bags behind the counter with the employee who would monitor the whole time. The process was quick and seamless. There is a small set of stairs as soon as you enter that you have to walk down to get to the front desk, but nothing crazy unless yours bags are extremely heavy... read more
