Shop too small really for luggage storage.
Dropping my bags off was safe, easy. The store does not have much space. This is an NYC gift shop. The bags were just stored near a desk in the back. They were safe. Everyone was courteous. I would do it again. Reserve ahead. There is limited space. I dropped off six full size suitcases and five carry-on bags.
