Downtown places get crowded when cruise ships disembark. The Hyatt I sttayed at the week before was full. Suggest making Bounce arrangements in advance BUT this location was only around the corner, with plenty of space.
Convenient that it was 24hrs. Reception was very prompt and polite. Even assisted wheeling the luggage out for taxi pickup. Cost was pricey for what it was, but on par with other services in the area.

Using the Bounce service with Hyatt place downtown Seattle was a great experience. The staff was friendly and helpful and the room to secure the luggage was spacious and secure. I would use this service every time.
